Besides being a classic Tuscan agricultural farm in 1999 it became an activity for farm holidays: the production of wine and olive oil from its own vineyards and olive grove extends over an area of 68 acres.
The cultivation of wineyards, according to the traditional methods of grapes on the trellis, assures vintage wines with a delicate taste.This land also offers an excellent wine (the socalled "Vin santo"), together with other products that can be tasted as well in our firm.
Guests staying at Paganello can buy the genuine farm products: extra virgin olive oil, wine, honey, Vin Santo.
